o Act as a liaison among stakeholders to analyse, prioritize, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes and workflows.
o Understand business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and use critical thinking to recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
o Create comprehensive, accurate business and functional requirements and present them clearly to the stakeholders and delivery team.
o Work with Developers, Architects, Development Managers, Business Stakeholders to plan timelines and ensure timely delivery of a high-quality overall solution that meets business requirements.
o Support users on issues they may face with enterprise applications, helping take them to resolution.
o Develop an understanding of applications; understand the data model and its mapping to the various business processes.
o 5 to 8 years of experience as BA in Capital Market (or) worked as Business User in a reputed Institutional broking firm
o In depth knowledge of Indian Settlement and Clearing process
o Knowledge of Equity, Derivatives and Risk Management process
o Willing to travel
o Good English Communication skills
