Responsible for collecting requirements from various stakeholders, analyze them and work with different technical/operations teams to fulfill those requirements. The role also involves managing License inventories, utilization and reporting for various O365 applications across the regions/Operating Companies. The role may also involve working on other operations/ Service management areas and new initiatives as and when required.
Required Skills and Experience
- Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships across all levels within IT services
- Strong Knowledge of Microsoft O365 Applications and Licensing.
- Extensive Experience in data analysis and reporting
- Experience in License Management
- Experience in interacting with stakeholders at leadership level
- Experience working with ticketing tools like ROD & Service Now
- Willingness to work in different time zones
- Technical background in O365/Active Directory preferred
